Designer T is Australian. We are based in Mont Albert, Melbourne where your one off designs will be printed. Our shop is our website.

GARMENTS
Which sort of garments does Designer T have?
The best T Shirts and Hoodies we could find in the world. We import our garments from Canada , the USA. I have a range of styles to fit men, women and kids. You'll also see accurate photos of every style and color available when you start designing in our T-shirt Workshop.
Can I use my own garment?
No, we only put Designer T prints on the garments we supply. Not all other garments are manufactured at a high enough standard to properly support a heat-applied print. We have made sure we've picked T Shirts and Hoodies that can, and we don't think your one-of-a-kind design deserves anything less.
What sizes do garments come in?
Sizes to fit everyone from toddlers to big blokes. More info on T Shirt sizes below.
Are the garments standard sizes?
Our sizes do vary:
- Men: All our men's styles are generously sized. The Basic T Shirt is a loose style, so if you want a more fitted look, drop a size below your usual. The Premium T Shirt is a more body hugging style, but again for a fitted look, drops a size. Hoodies are standard sized.
- Women: The Basic T is not a body hugging style, so if you want a tighter effect, drop a size below your usual. The Premium T Shirt is quite fitted and narrow across the bust and hips. If you want a looser look, go up a size. The Hoodies are unisex, so women should choose from the smaller sizes in the range.
- Kids: (6 to 14 years) Sizes generally equal age for boys, and we suggest you drop at least one size for girls or two sizes for smaller-framed girls or those wanting a more fitted look.
- Toddlers/Little Kids: (2 to 6 years) Sizes generally equal age for girls, and you may need to go up a size for burly little boys.

What garment colors are available?
We have a range of colors across our various styles. You can see them in big picture format in our T shirt Workshop.
What if I want a different colored T Shirt?
Each season we add new colors to our range. It's all about demand, so email us at Service@Designert.com and let us know what you’d like!
How do I care for my Designer T Shirts garment?
Our garments and prints are very sturdy and will last and last. For the initial wash turn the T shirt inside out and wash separately Recommend cool wash and the lowest temperature setting on tumble dryer. When ironing the T- shirt be careful not to iron on the transfer.

How does Designer T Shirts print on garments?
We use a Heat transfer technique to apply your design /photos to the garment. The print has a very strong bond to the fabric even after many washes
So can I only have one color?
No, you can mix it anyway you like. The Designer T Shirts Workshop has also over 400+ clip art designs.
How is a Designer T print different from other methods?
Designer T Shirts prints have some major advantages:
can handle digital designs & digital photos.
they are very fast to produce, so you get your customized garment quickly
they are very durable – they won't fade or crack
over time like some screen

they have very fine definition – so tiny letters and lines print very clearly
they are equally effective on dark and light colored garments
DESIGN YOUR OWN TSHIRT AT Designer T SHIRTS
How do I create a unique design?
Create your own customised design using Designer T Shirt's on-line tools. You can design from scratch in design workshop or use our ready made design.
You pick a garment style and color (you can keep on changing your mind while you are creating your design) and then add text or symbols, or both, to the back or front of the shirt. You color your design by picking from Designer T Shirt's color and print effect range. Play around and experiment. You can make things small or large, put them where you like, and overlay up to three layers of printing.
Can I upload a photo or my own design?
Yes. Designer T Shirt's printing technique does allow photos or color gradients to be produced.
You can upload your own design to the website or use Designer T Shirt's very large range of symbols to create your own look. We have thousands of designs you can use.
Can I use different fonts?
Designer T Shirts currently has 50+ Fonts for you to choose from.
Can I rotate and flip symbols?
Yes! Both symbols and text can be rotated a full 360 degrees, and symbols can be flipped to achieve a mirror image.
How big or small can I make my design?
The tools in the designing space let you make symbols and text very small or very large. The maximum size is the width of the designing area allowed on the garment you have chosen. You won't be able to make text or symbols larger than this.
Can I place symbols or text on top of each other?
You certainly can. We suggest that you don't overlay more than three layers, but we have had success with up to four layers.
How big or small can I make my design?
The tools in the designing space let you make symbols and text very small or very large. Keep clicking on the increase and decrease arrows and you will see the minimum and maximum sizes you can achieve.
Is there a limit to how much I can put on my design?
No. The more you add, the more you pay for, and you can keep adding just as much as you like to.
Where can I put my design?
On the front or back of your garment. Click and drag a symbol or text around the garment in the designing area, and you will find the boundaries you can work within. You can't put designs on sleeves (yet!).
What colors can my design be in?
As per your digital photos or design or use our designs.
TRICKY MATTERS WITH DESIGNING
Does Designer T Shirts censor designs?
Your T Shirt is your design. For The Kids we prefer wholesome & respectful designs but hopefully with a bit of mischief. However, we do draw the line at some things: discriminatory comments about race or religion are out. We won't print anything that we believe is intended to incite violence towards any group in our community, or to encourage criminal behaviour. If we have any doubts, we'll let you know by email and you can amend your design. If we decide we aren't prepared to print your design, the full price paid will be refunded to you.
What about copyright?
You are responsible for making sure your design does not contravene copyright legislation. For example, you can't use a Registered Trade Mark in a design (unless you are the owner). To the best of our knowledge we will try to ensure that copyright is not being contravened, but as we can't know every single copyright that applies in Australia, it is up to the purchaser to respect these requirements.
I have a logo (or symbol) I think you could print, can I send it to you?
Yes, we are keen to upload your design or slogan. You will be in the running for a weekly gift certificate valued at $25 for the most voted T-shirt photo .

Can I order more than one garment in different designs in a single transaction?
Yes. Our T workshop can handle no worries. Just design the first T-Shirt then go back into catalogue to choose the next T-Shirt And take it to the design stage. That Easy!
How many garments in any one design can I order?
Designer T specializes in one-off, or short run, customised garment production, with a very short lead time. We aren't a mass-production printer. We'll accept orders up to 20 in any one design through the website, however if you want to order more, contact us and we will discuss the options.
I want garments for my fundraising/school event. Can Designer T help?
Yes, and if you need a few garments super-fast for a special fundraiser or school event, we are a great choice.We can upload your photos design or use our design. If you get in touch, we'll talk through your needs and see if we can help.
